ESL
Hillsfred Uganda Limited offers a free, extensive and comprehensive English as a Second Language (ESL) program for individuals who want to improve their English language skills. The program is designed for students who wish to enhance their proficiency in all aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

DIGITAL LITERACY
Our Digital Literacy Program was established in March 2023, by Hilsfred Uganda Limited to equip the South Sudanese refugees in Kiryandongo with digital skills to help them know how to use Microsoft Office 365 programs, website development, Adobe programs, Videography, Report writing, Online record keeping, and Data entry.

FINANCIAL LITERACY & VSLA
This free Financial literacy and VSLA training program at Hillsfred Uganda Limited is designed to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions. We believe that by equipping people with financial literacy, we can help them improve their financial well-being and create a better future for themselves and their families.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Our free Community Leadership Coaching Program at Hillsfred Uganda Limited is a unique opportunity for local community leaders who are interested in enhancing their leadership skills and making a positive impact in their communities. This program is designed to provide professional coaching on various modules that aim to transform leaders into a new kind of leader. The coaching program is open to individuals who currently hold leadership positions within their communities or aspire to become leaders in the future. SUSTAINABLE FARMING
HILLSFRED Uganda Limited has a series of training sessions on sustainable farming targeting South Sudanese and Sudanese refugees in Kiryandongo to equip them with knowledge and skills on sustainable use of the limited available land. These training sessions are held every season, twice a year, to ensure that the refugees receive continuous support and education on sustainable agricultural practices. The training covers various aspects of farming, including soil conservation, water management, crop rotation, organic farming techniques, and pest control methods. This trainings are tailored to support groups of 5-20 members who are all above the age of 18. To support us, click/tap the donate button below.

RESEARCH
Hillsfred Uganda Limited carry out a series of research studies focusing on how culture influences learning in various contexts. One area of our research delves into the impact of culture on learning within English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Examining how cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and practices shape the learning experiences of ESL students, Hillsfred Uganda Limited aims to enhance teaching methodologies and improve educational outcomes.
